Wow! This was a busy weekend at The Shannon Team. A number of our homes had showings. That is really good news. That means we've got them priced right to attract the attention of agents and their clients. We're anticipating an offer on at least one property.
I think this just reconfirms that "price is everything"! If you want to get showings, you need to price agressively. The homes that showed this weekend are among the best priced for similar homes in the area.
