It's about time we saw some great deals in this market. Why do builders keep building houses that don't sell?
Sue....one of the reasons builders keep building homes is about financing. Once the builder has the loan for the project they "use it or lose" it. If they lose it, I think they'll have to start all over and the process is very daunting.
I wish some of the builders would scale back on their building also. I think it would help clear up what's going on in our saturated market.
